Our Blow Molding Process

Resin Melting: Heat and plasticize raw plastic material to a uniform molten state.

Parison Preparation: Form a hollow tube (parison) via extrusion or injection molding.

Mold Closing & Blow Molding: Enclose the parison in the mold and inject compressed air to expand the material against the mold walls.

Cooling & Solidification: Keep the mold closed to cool the part and lock in its shape.

Ejection & Trimming: Remove the finished part and trim excess material, flash, or gates.

Quality Inspection: Verify dimensions, wall thickness, strength, and leak-tightness to meet specifications.
