Our Vacuum Casting Process

● Master Pattern Creation: Fabricate a high-precision master part using 3D printing or CNC machining.

● Silicone Mold Making: Cast liquid silicone around the master pattern under vacuum, then cure and split the mold.

● Vacuum Pouring: Mix and degas urethane resin, then inject it into the silicone mold under vacuum to eliminate bubbles.

● Curing & Demolding: Allow the resin to cure fully before removing the finished part from the mold.

● Post-Processing: Remove gates and flash, then finish with sanding, polishing, painting or other surface treatments.
