Our Overmolding Process

Substrate Preparation: Select and pre-form the rigid base material (plastic or metal).

Custom Mold Design: Precision mold engineering to ensure perfect bonding between materials.

Substrate Loading: Accurate placement of the pre-formed substrate into the mold cavity.

Soft Material Injection: Inject TPE/TPU, rubber or other soft materials to overmold the substrate.

Cooling & Curing: Controlled cooling for strong, durable material bonding.

Deflashing & Finishing: Remove excess material and perform post-mold finishing as required.

Quality Assurance & Delivery: Full inspection for dimensions, bond strength and appearance before shipment.
